MATTHEW CHRISTIAN
Raised here in Sebring, I am proud to call this my home town! I graduated from Sebring High School in 2004 and received my degree in marketing in 2008 from the University of Central Florida. My goal has always been to put the clients best interest first and that starts with building relationships. Over my career I have sold hundreds of homes but the best part is all the amazing people that I have met along the way and still maintain contact with. This isn't a job to me, it's an opportunity to pour into others lives and that's fulfilling! Born and raised in Hardee County, Will is a 3rd generation Floridian with over 15 years of customer service experience. He has been a licensed Realtor since 2012 and has been a multi-million dollar producer since his first year. Having been brought up to see the value in putting in a hard day’s work, Will is known for going the extra mile for his clients. Being an avid outdoorsman he can tell you anything you want to know about our local lakes and land. Will is married to Rachel Lovett who is also a licensed agent with the Lovett Team.
Rachel is the team’s marketing specialist with over 20 years experience in marketing/sales, and has been a licensed Realtor since 2005. The following year Rachel was named the Heartland Association of Realtor’s “Rookie of the year”. Having lived in Sebring most of her life she takes pride in playing an active role in her local community and currently serves as a board member for the Sebring Community Redevelopment Agency. Rachel is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University. Will and Rachel love helping people make their dream of home ownership a reality! Together, they have 3 very loved children Levi (20), Selah (11), and Luke (7).
TAMMY CHRISTIAN
I moved to Highlands County with my family in 1971 & would never think of living anywhere else! I became a Realtor in 2014 & joined my son to begin “The Christian Team”. We have had much success and I truly enjoy my profession. CHRIS HANCHEY
I was born and raised in Hardee County and grew up on the Peace River fishing and hunting until the age of 29 when I moved to Highlands County where I currently reside. Growing up in an agriculture centered town made me develop a love and appreciation for the outdoors. When I am not assisting clients you can find me on a area lake or stream doing some fishing or maybe even a local golf course practicing my short game. My father has been in sales his entire life and growing up in that atmosphere, I naturally gravitated to sales myself. I have never met a stranger and can talk to just about anyone.
JOSHUA RODRIGUEZ
I was born and raised here in Central Florida and graduated from Avon Park High school in 2004. From there I went on to play baseball at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL (Go Rattlers & Go Noles!). Today I have built my business around quality and comprehensive customer service and pride myself on building relationships across generations.
I have taken the experience I have gained over the years from the classroom to many successful closings and look forward to becoming a broker associate here at Home Town Realty Pros. I enjoy spending time with my wife and family, playing golf and going bass fishing.
CHARLEY FLESHER
I am a native Hardee Wildcat (Hardee County, FL), but now live full time in Sebring. My background consists of time spent in the legal profession, construction, and Real Estate. My full-time focus is on my Real Estate Clientele. I work very hard for my customers, providing them with all pertinent information, educating them about the Real Estate Process, and letting them make the decision that best suits their current situation.
